Individual Pass – Unlimited play 7 days a week.  One 18 hole round per day will include the use of a golf cart.  Any additional rounds will be at prevailing cart rate of $18 on Weekdays & $22 on Weekends.

Family Pass – Head of household (required), spouse and any unmarried dependent children living at home up to age 18 and/or full college students under the age of 24.  One 18 hole round per day will include the use of a golf cart. Any additional rounds will be at prevailing cart rate of $18 on Weekdays & $22 on Weekends.
  
Corporate Pass – Four transferable cards within the corporation, unlimited play 7 days a week. One 18 hole round per day will include the use of a golf cart. Any additional rounds will be at prevailing cart rate of $18 on Weekdays & $22 on Weekends.General Policies

All purchases are final and non-transferable.  No refunds, credits or substitutions of any kind will be issued if you fail to use or take possession of your Annual Season Pass.  Season Passes are non-transferable (may not be loaned to anyone, except for the Corporate Pass).  Transfer, or attempt to transfer will result in revocations of the card without refund and is punishable under Pennsylvania theft of services law.
 
If your pass/card is lost, report the loss immediately to resort management.  Your card will be voided and anyone caught using it will be charged with theft of services.  A new card will be issued to you for a $25 processing fee.Season Pass privileges may be denied, revoked or suspended at any time for any reason deemed appropriate by Whitetail Resort Management.Season Pass holder will be responsible for any damage caused to the golf cart while in their possession.

Persons under 18 may not rent carts but persons 16 years of age or older with a valid drivers license, may drive a cart if accompanied by an adult.  Persons under 16 may not rent nor drive a cart.

All cards are non-transferable.
