What is the Gift Card?
The Gift card is a prepaid card that can be used at all three resorts. Because it is a prepaid card, spending is limited to the amount of money placed on the card by the purchaser. Each time the card is used, the purchase amount is automatically deducted from the card balance. |
How much does a Gift Card cost?
Online purchase amounts are $10, $20, $50, $75 and $100. If you purchase your card by calling or visiting the resort, any amount may loaded on the card. |
Is there a maximum amount of money I can put on the card?
There is no maximum balance.

When do the Gift Cards expire?
Our Gift Cards do not expire.

Are the Gift Cards valid at all three resorts?
Yes, these Gift Cards are valid to use at Whitetail Resort, Liberty Mountain and Ski Roundtop. |
How can I purchase a Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be purchased at Whitetail Golf Resort. Gift Cards can also be purchased online via the link provided above. |
If I buy online, will you mail the card to me? How much does mailing cost?
When purchased online we will mail the Gift Card to you . With two mailing options you can choose from First Class $2.00, Priority Mail $6.00 or Federal Express Overnight $20.00. |
Can Gift Cards be redeemed for cash?
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

Can I receive change back after using my Gift Card?
No, your card is charged the exact amount. No currency will be exchanged at time of sale. |
What if my card is lost or stolen, can it be replaced?
No, it will not be replaced. The card is just the same as cash. |
Can I check the remaining balance on my Gift Card?
Yes, you can check your remaining balance either online via the link provided above or at any Whitetail Resort or Whitetail Golf Resort cashier with the exception of Food Service areas. |
Can I add money to my Gift Card?
Yes, you can keep your Gift Card and reload it as needed. The Gift Card can be reloaded online via the link provided above or at the proshop at Whitetail Golf Resort. |
Are Gift Cards valid at all three resorts?
Yes, Gift Cards can be used and/or purchased at Whitetail Resort, Liberty Mountain and Ski Roundtop. |
Can I still use my Whitetail Bucks?
Yes, although they will no longer be available for purchase they will still be accepted at Whitetail Resort and Whitetail Golf Resort. |
Is my Gift Card valid for everything at the resort?
You can use your Gift Card at almost any retail outlet throughout the resort. Starbucks, Windows, Marketplace, Ticket Sales, Whitetail Mountain Sports, Whitetail Adventure Snow Tubing, Basket Check and Whitetail Golf Resort are all included. However you cannot use your gift card for lockers. |
Is the card assigned to one person? Will I need to show ID when using the card?
The card is not attached to an individual. It works just like cash – it can be used by anyone. |
Are there any kinds of fees associated with the card?
There are no fees associated with the Gift Card. There is a shipping and handling fee for cards purchased online or by phone. |
